By participating, you acknowledge that this survey is open to Ontario residents only. Each person is allowed one entry, and the submitted name must match the provided ID for eligibility. The gift card, awarded at the discretion of the board of directors, will go to at least one randomly-selected winner within 90 days following September 1st, 2024. The gift card must be picked up in Guelph, within 60 days of being announced, is not redeemable for cash, and may be provided by a sponsor from the Guelph community.
